1. Cancellation by the Driver
Groupe Virages acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Here are the conditions applicable for canceling your participation in an event:
- Up to 3 months before the event: Full refund in cash, without penalty.
- Up to 1 month before the event: Refund or credit, with an administrative fee of $50 per day.
- Up to 1 week before the event: Credit only, applied to your account, with an administrative fee of $100 per day.
- Less than 1 week before the event: Credit will be applied to your account, but an administrative fee of 50% per day will be charged.
- On the event day or after: No refund or credit will be granted.
2. Cancellation or Modification of the Event by the Organizer
Groupe Virages is committed to offering an exceptional experience to its participants. However, in the event of cancellation or substantial modification of an event (date, location, or schedule), the following rules apply:
- Cancellation of the event by Groupe Virages: All participants will receive a full refund in cash or a credit equivalent to the amount paid, according to their preference.
- Substantial modification of the event: Participants will be informed as soon as possible. If the new date or conditions are not suitable, a full refund or credit will be offered.
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure): If the cancellation is due to a situation beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, government directives, etc.), a credit will be applied to your account.
3. In Case of Extreme Situations
- Contact us at [email protected], and we will work out an arrangement. (For your information, “They are forecasting heavy rain” is not considered an “extreme situation,” but rather the best way to become a better driver!)
- The discount is $75 per referred member, up to a maximum of 10 referred members per season.
- The credit will be applied to the following season.
- The referring member or the referred member must send an email to [email protected].
- The referred member must not have been a member of Virages in the past 5 years.
- The referred member must purchase a membership card and participate in at least one event.
- This applies to only one event per referred member.
The sponsorship program is offered to all entrepreneurs interested in participating in at least 4 events with us this summer.

- By participating in the sponsorship program, you will have a company page with a presentation of your business on our website, and the possibility to showcase yourself during our events. See sponsors section for more details.
Note
- It is mandatory to commit to the event dates, as the number of participants is limited per group.
- The discount is offered to all women who book track days during the 2025 season.
- It is only applicable to events organized by Club Virages, including the 7 events at Circuit Mont-Tremblant and the weekend at Calabogie Motorsport Park.
- It does not apply to merchandise, "invitation" events, or the membership card.
- The 10% discount will be applied manually to your invoice, so please notify us at [email protected] when registering.
